Data deletion

Delete your TrackMyBill (BPDB) data

TrackMyBill (BPDB), developed by Pxelo. This page explains exactly how to have your data deleted, what is removed, and how long it takes.

In short: email hipxelo@gmail.com with your family code and we delete everything stored in the cloud for that code. You can also remove all local data at any time by uninstalling the app.

How to request deletion

  • Step 1. In the app, open Settings → Family Sync and copy your family code (it looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  • Step 2. Email hipxelo@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and paste your family code in the message.
  • Step 3. We delete the data for that family code and reply to confirm.

No account is required to use TrackMyBill (BPDB), so there is no account to delete — the family code is the only key to your synced data.

Delete it yourself, instantly

  • Leave family (Settings) — disconnects this device from the shared data.
  • Uninstall the app — removes every piece of locally stored data from your device.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: everything stored under your family code — meter number, recharge records, balance readings, tariff settings and alert preferences — along with the anonymous sign-in record used to sync them.

Kept: nothing about you. We never collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location or photos, and the app contains no ads, analytics or tracking SDKs. Your deletion request email itself is retained only until the request is completed.

How long it takes

Requests are actioned within 30 days of receipt. Deleted records are removed from our Cloud Firestore database immediately on action.
